Eight reasons I like my RV.
I love to travel more than I like to stay home.
When I travel now it is usually in my RV.
8 Reasons I like My RV
Easy To Clean Inside: We travel in a 39 ft 5th wheel. The only ones in our rig is myself, my husband, and our Yorkie “Max”So we don’t get it very dirty (usually) .
My husband usually grills outside so that means less mess for me.
We are usually outdoors the majority of the time exploring the area around us.
Wake Up On My Time:
I really like the feeling in my RV that I don’t have to worry how late I sleep. And that I might miss the last call for breakfast at the hotel. And also not to be worried about when the cleaning lady will knock on the door.
Budget Friendly:
When your RVing the campgrounds are usually reasonably priced. The prices usually rage from $25-60 a night. You can spend more if you want.
The higher the price usually depends upon amenities that the campground offers. And some charge based on full or not full hook-ups. If you boon dock it is even cheaper. All and all RVing is always cheaper than hotel stays.
Pet Friendly: Not all hotels are pet friendly. Using my RV I don’t have to worry about that. Bringing him along saves on boarding fees and not to mention having to worry about him when boarded. He is blind and can’t hear that good. He is on special prescription food.
Outside Cooking: I can grill outside when I want. At a hotel you can’t do this. And I also can build a fire and have s’mores.
No TSA: I can pack what I want with the freedom and peace of mind that no one is going to body search me or go through my stuff. Just say no to body scanners. But saying that when crossing the border into Mexico they do search.
Belongings Safer: In my RV I don’t have to worry about hiding my valuables because the cleaning lady is going to be in the RV.
Cleaner Bathroom: Have you ever look in the tub at the hotel after they said it was clean. Really, When I see soap scum and hair that Isn’t mine ” I’m Gone” When I stayed a month in Saint Croix, the cleaning lady dipped the broom into the toilet and proceeded to clean the tub. Well from that day on I took showers. I am a tub person.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a blessed day.
