Camping in the Hill Country of Texas is a real getaway from city life. We came here to the “LongHorn RV Resort” for the first time and had a good time even though it was in the beginning of the Stupid Virus. We managed to find things for the kids to do off of the resort.
The Texas Hill Country is a beautiful place blessed by God’s nature landscapes.
This part of Texas is very RV friendly and worth exploring and there are many campgrounds to choose from.

LongHorn RV Resort is located in Niederwald, Texas. It is a short 15 miles to San Marcos where you will find live music, Texas Hill Country wine, dancing, rodeos.
It is also only 30 minute drive to Austin.

Bastrop Texas:
Capital Of Texas Zoo is a must place to see don’t go to fast because you will miss the sign. It is a small place but big in other ways. We actually came here twice and saw what we missed the first time.

Well we had a great time here with the grandkids at LongHorn RV Resort before the Virus. But all and all no complaints.
Everything was clean and spotless. The bathrooms were well taken care of.
The laundry was also well maintained and comfortable.
